1. Rakan Bateriku is allowed to purchase products from Bateriku or from their own suppliers.
2. Rakan Bateriku is allowed to follow Bateriku RSP or set their own RSP.
3. Rakan Bateriku shall adhere to their quoted prices, and shall not adjust prices without prior notice to Bateriku.
4. Rakan Bateriku is obligated to issue invoices/receipts to customers.
5. Bateriku.com shall forward order to Rakan Bateriku, each order will be charged RM15.
6. Rakan Bateriku is obligated to carry out the order accepted. Any cancellations after order acceptance without prior justification to Bateriku may result in suspension.
7. Rakan Bateriku shall have access to Bateriku Rider App and Rakan Bateriku Platform.
8. Rakan Bateriku shall perform settlement of order charges in monthly basis.
9. Warranty for products sold by Rakan Bateriku shall be managed by Rakan Bateriku.
10. Any damages done by Rakan Bateriku on customer vehicles are sole responsibility of Rakan.
11. All compensation required to rectify customer vehicles shall be borne by Rakan.
12. Rakan Bateriku shall not promote themselves as Bateriku.com using their numbers. They can promote themselves as Rakan Bateriku.
